NodeChef Leaves Beta Today

First of all, we would like to thank all our beta customers for helping make NodeChef what it is today. Your feedback is the reason the NodeChef platform is so powerful. Your support requests, one-on-one feedback and constructive critiques have helped us greatly. Please keep giving us your feedback.

We first told the Meteor and Parse developers about NodeChef on November 10, 2015 and February 13, 2016 respectively. We were blown away by the response we got. Over 3,000 developer sign-ups. We are one of the top platforms for hosting Meteor apps and now the leading provider of managed Parse Server and MongoDB database. The enthusiasm and this momentum has brought us to today’s big announcement. We are taking the beta label off as NodeChef is now generally available.

This means two things:

  • NodeChef is ready for large, mission-critical applications and
  • NodeChef is now a paid product.

We operate at serious scale and NodeChef is trusted by many startups and mid-sized companies and we continue to see many polished apps being deployed on NodeChef every day.

To ensure the long-term sustainability of NodeChef, we are a paid product. We do not offer free plans but have a 7-day free trial period. Our plans start at USD$9/month, and by updating your account with credit card details, you’ll ensure your apps stay live and can take full advantage of the great features that we offer.

We are building the most powerful and easiest-to-use platform for hosting all Node.js and MongoDB applications. We are doing this because we are passionate about helping developers create amazing apps for their users and we are just getting started on this mission. You’ll see some great new features coming soon so please check back frequently for updates on new features. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@nodechef.com. Our experts are ready to assist you. As always, thank you for your support. Keep building amazing apps!
